Top 5 Tips For A Hassle-Free Airport Experience
- Make sure you have your Sea-Tac Pick-up Instructions before you land; Click here for pick-up instructions.
- Make sure you have your driver’s contact information in advance, while the driver CAN NOT self-dispatch, you must call the port at 206-787-5906 first, the driver can help you with the process. Call office at 206-632-5162 if you have any difficulty with the process.
- If someone in your party has mobility issues, make pre-arrangements with your airline for wheelchair and baggage portage service. Your group could walk up to 3/4 of a mile to reach the authorized motor-coach pick-up location.
From your Arrival gate to Baggage Claim: Travelers must contact their airline directly to make a reservation prior to your arrival at the airport.

Learn more at www.smartecarte.com - International groups arriving at Sea-Tac MUST provide local Meet & Greet service to ensure a smooth transfer. 100% of all International groups arriving at Sea-Tac WITHOUT local meet and greet service will have a very poor experience. We provide excellent meet and greet service for a fee.
- For departures please arrive at the airport 2 hours before your scheduled departure time, Sea-Tac is extremely busy in the summer months and unforeseen traffic can cause delays as well. Don’t stress, give your group plenty of time.
