We booked two buses for a football team that included 90 people and all of their gear in the Seattle area. Beeline's prices can't be beat and their customer service is amazing. As with most trips, we had to make adjustments along the way, and they were very supportive. One of the last minute adjustments included a 5:00am bus pick up, but Gloria in the office was available, even at that time, to take my call and quickly got a driver to pick up the team and got them to the airport in time to make the flight. I have traveled enough to know things come up, and what makes a company great is how they respond. I can say without a doubt that I would highly recommend Beeline Charters & Tours to anyone who needs a great, reliable bus charter with amazing customer service.

Our driver Jason, was kind, patient and easy to work with. He had party lights and music on for us the moment we got on the shuttle. It put everyone in the mood to party - just what we wanted! Gloria on the office side was also great to work with. She answered all of my many questions and we were excited to partner with Beeline. I would highly recommend Beeline!

Gloria and team helped ensure we were all setup from scheduling and booking perspective and our drivers got us to and from quickly and safely with buses that were in good condition so the campers were able to watch a video to and from camp. Beelines focus on the customers all the way to Michael the President shows how important getting it and making it right are. Thanks for another great summer.

Darek was excellent driver and was with us for 3 days. Darek was friendly and expert in his driving. Gloria was very helpful when we got off cruise ship. Beeline bus was in good condition and we all were happy with there service.

Very well organized planning team and drivers were perfect. Greatly appreciated working with Beeline Charters & Tours during our wedding, for which we provided shuttles to our guests visiting from our of town so they did not need to worry about their own travel arrangements. I would highly recommend Beeline to my friends and colleagues, planning weddings or any other event, in the future. No complaints, great experience, reliable and friendly drivers.

Gloria from Beeline did wonderful job from Quote to Order process, she was very patient and helped all the way till driver assigned and including drivers contact, Great service, trip went as planned. Driver Gary was fabulous too, he did make sure everyone happy in the bus and he took care luggage with all passengers and loaded in bus, great guy.

We had a terrific experience with Beeline over the weekend. Our driver, Will Pascua, was by far the best driver we've ever had for one of our geology tours of Seattle. We appreciated his thorough knowledge of the area and ability to drive into some of the more difficult areas on the tour. Great job, Will! Also, we enjoyed working with Gloria and appreciate her letting us reschedule after we had to postpone our tour. Thanks for accommodating us. We will definitely use Beeline in the future.

I believe my shuttle driver’s name was Jeff, and he was absolutely amazing! Especially considering that the location was at a shrine and the road to get there was very narrow for the size of the shuttle. There was a lot of maneuvering and teamwork involved and it all worked out fantastic and I really appreciated him and all of his help.Thank you so much!
