COVID-19 FAQ

Am I allowed to charter a bus by law?

    • Yes! You can charter a bus during our State’s current coronavirus restrictions.

Are face masks required to board the bus?

    • Yes. The motorcoach is considered the business and falls under the required mask rule under the current safe Start plan in place by Governor Inslee.

What are your cleaning procedures?

    • Our motorcoaches are cleaned following our extreme clean commitment
    • All high touch areas are cleaned after every use of the bus between tours by the driver
    • Bus is given a thorough cleaning by our cleaning staff at the end of each day, or by the driver if it is out on a multi-day trip.
    • All chemicals used for cleaning are CDC-approved.

What are your driver safety protocols?

    • Drivers are required to wear masks when driving and interacting with the public.
    • Drivers go through a health screening process before each of their shifts to ensure they are healthy and able to drive.

What happens if someone develops Covid-19 symptoms during a charter?

    • Our driver will report sick party members to the group leader and to Beeline headquarters.
    • Contact with all party members will be minimized. Sick individuals will be kept six (6) feet from others on the motorcoach if at all possible, and will be monitored by the group leader.
    • Group leader will make arrangements for the sick individual to be transported from the motorcoach to either a medical facility of back to the origin point of the charter.
